Rev. Louis Pender served as Senior Pastor in New Bern, NC. Associate Pastor Pender has expressed a burning desire for Stedman COGOP where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Pender takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study. Stedman COGOP is honored and blessed to have such a faithful man of God Serving alongside the Senior Pastor. 

Assistant Sunday School Superintendent

Is actively involved in the implementation and administration of an informative and exciting Sunday School program. They keep the congregation informed of what is happening in Sunday School and in the Church.

Vice-Chairman Board Member

As Associate Pastor he is a vital part of the board members team at the Stedman Church of God. He supports the church in finding the right leaders, provide spiritual support, follow the mission of the church, conduct strategic planning, financial assistance, and manage board records. He is committed to the success of the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy.

Jennie McLemore is a significant contribution in various areas of ministry; leading prayer, discovering spiritual gifts, preaching, teaching, and singing. Her dedicated service in the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy articulates the Christian faith and is a shining example of a Lay Minister.

Ronald Williams is a person whose Christian example is highly regarded by others in the church. He is an active leader in worship and teaching. He cares for the congregation, greets church members and newcomers, assists with communion and ushering. He is a special servant that serves the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy.

Mary Carter is a professional who is charged with ensuring the financial stability of the Church. She provides all financial reports and tax documents, pays monthly bills in support of the church, purchases supplies, and budgets all spending. She mitigates risk and applies general accounting principles. All done for the glory of God.

Finance Director Board Member

As the finance director she plays a vital part on the board members team at the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy. She supports the church in finding the right leaders, provide spiritual support, follow the mission of the church, conduct strategic planning, financial assistance, and manage board records. She is committed to the success of the Stedman Church of God of Prophecy.

Wendy Bolick is a knowledgable leader who executes accounting operations of the Church, to include financial reports, maintenance accounts, tax documents, pays monthly bill in support of the church, purchases supplies, and budgets all spending. With God’s help she is perfect and a blessing to the Stedman Church of God.

Sheila Adcox brings full experience and expertise to the team and has been a board member for a number of years at the Stedman Church of God. She supports the church in finding the right leaders, provide spiritual support, follows the mission of the church, conducts strategic planning, financial assistance, and manages board records. Sonny Sessoms is a major apart of the board members team at the Stedman Church of God.
