The Men's Ministry

Director Sonny Sessoms and Assistant Director Albert Horne are passionate leaders that oversee men’s discipleship at the Church of God. They are firm in there faith and are actively engaged in the spiritual growth of its men members. They are well respected among the men and provide the mentorship, motivation and energy to help others.  They encourage the growth of our men through a balance of worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, and evangelism, and outings.

The mission of the Men's Ministry at Stedman COGOP is to provide men with the resources to develop Godly character and help equip them to become an influence to others for Jesus Christ. 

Connect with God, Connect with one another, and Connect with the Community. 

PurposE

• To connect men into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• To connect men in bible study, prayer, ministry, fellowship, and accountability.
• To support one another in all aspects of life. 
• To become a supportive environment that touches the lives of the entire church family. 
• To promote mentoring opportunities that lead into significant vital relationships.
• To become a magnet for service and a resource for other church ministries and missions. 
• To provide a series of events that will promote fellowship, outreach, and evangelism. 

The Men’s Ministry meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM
